A transport-level error has occurred when sending the request to the server. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 – No process is on the other end of the pipe.)

This error usually occurs if data is not fetched from the database after the connection was established but some error occured. Usually redoing the task what you were doing before clears this error.
